It's called "Kaiba" and its style reminds me so much of Astro Boy.

It's about a futuristic community that can save memories like computer data and when a body dies, the memory can be transferred to another body. Only the rich have such privileges and vigilantes see such a process as a sin. The idea encourages stealing memories, black marketing bodies, and replicating minds. The series so far (I'm three episodes into it) shows how much mankind has become corrupt as the viewer follows the character Kaiba who has no memories and no recollection of who he is.

The animation is amazing and the story-telling is phenomenal. It's a great reminder to artists that even old-school, less detailed works can still be great...

It's slightly mature at times (if it aired in the US it would probably be on late-night Adult Swim), but I am in love with it.
